Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the free trial, paid subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds work for CNBTrade. Read this together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. If you don't subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access to paid features stops — no payment is ever taken automatically, because we don't store card or wallet details that could be auto-charged.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Longer plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to the monthly price. The exact price for each plan is shown at checkout.

3. How Billing Works (Crypto, Not Auto-Charge)

Payment is handled through NOWPayments, in cryptocurrency only. We do not use card payments, and there is no "silent" auto-charge the way there is with a card on file. Instead, before each billing cycle ends, we send you an invoice/reminder, and you send the payment yourself. If you don't pay, your subscription simply doesn't renew — you will not be charged without taking that action.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by not paying the next renewal invoice, or by emailing cnbtrades@gmail.com to ask us to stop future reminders. Cancelling means you simply won't be sent (or won't need to pay) the next renewal invoice — it does not refund time already paid for on your current plan, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Grace Period

If a renewal payment is a little late, we don't lock your account immediately. We allow a short grace period (1 day) after the due date before paid-feature access is paused, to account for normal delays in sending crypto payments.

6. Refund Policy

Payments for a subscription period are non-refundable once that period has started, except at our discretion in specific cases (for example, a clear billing error on our part). Because there is a 14-day free trial before any payment is required, we expect you to evaluate the Service during the trial before subscribing.

7. Payment Errors on the Blockchain

Cryptocurrency payments can't be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain. If you send payment on the wrong network, send the wrong asset, or send an amount that doesn't match the invoice, NOWPayments does not refund completed transactions — responsibility for handling this sits with us as the merchant, and NOWPayments only assists with some categories of user error. If this happens to you, email us at cnbtrades@gmail.com with your transaction details as soon as possible and we'll do what we reasonably can to help, though a recovery is not guaranteed.

8. How to Request a Refund or Report a Payment Issue

Email cnbtrades@gmail.com with your account email and the transaction details. We review refund and payment-error requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our billing setup changes. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
