Terms of Service

1. Who We Are / Acceptance

CNBTrade ("CNBTrade", "we", "us") operates this trading journal service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Questions: cnbtrades@gmail.com.

2. What the Service Is

CNBTrade is a cloud-based trading journal. It lets you log your trades, sync data from supported exchanges, organize trading plans and rules, and review your own trading history and performance. The Service stores the data you enter or sync and displays it back to you; it does not place trades on your behalf and does not manage your funds.

3. Your Account

  • You sign in using Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account is for one person; don't share your login with others.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import.

4. Subscriptions and Trial

The Service is offered with a 14-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription. Plan lengths, pricing, and how billing works are described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payment is handled through NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments only) — we do not accept card payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, or to violate anyone else's rights.
  • Try to access another user's data or account.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service outside of its intended exchange-sync features.
  • Resell or provide the Service to others as your own product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Not Investment Advice

CNBTrade is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the Service — including any statistic, chart, note, or plan you or the Service generates from your own data — is investment, financial, or trading advice. Trading involves risk, including the risk of losing money. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

7. Exchange Sync

If you connect a supported exchange account, you are responsible for the API keys or credentials you provide and for their permissions. We only request the access needed to read your trade data; we do not use exchange connections to place trades. You can disconnect an exchange at any time.

8. Your Data

You own the trading data you enter into the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how it's stored, and your rights over it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, sync, or analytics feature will always be perfectly accurate — always cross-check important numbers against your exchange or broker's own records.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNBTrade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Ending Your Account

You may stop using the Service, or delete your account and data, at any time from Settings (deletion takes effect after a 3-day grace period, and any active subscription is cancelled without a refund). You can also email cnbtrades@gmail.com for help. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, or for non-payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
